Current Course Design Projects and Recent Courses Opened (click underlined on name for maps):
Shepherdsville Park – Shepherdsville KY – Design # 103: 18-hole course layout approved, in City Park overlooking the Salt River just a block from downtown. Construction on front 9 complete: Ribbon cutting for the opening of front 9 Monday, October 27th at 10AM. Tee signs should be up by then. Back 9 waiting for Corps of Engineers approval of use of flood/flow lands.
Miami Whitewater Forest, Cincinnati Ohio – Design # 108: Replace 9-hole short course with 18-hole course (using much more land as well), multiple pin placements, all upgraded equipment. Construction completed, new grass growing, and signage coming soon. Planned opening Fall 2025
Emshoff Woods, Cincinnati Ohio – Design # 112: Replace 9-hole short course with 18-hole course (using much more land as well), multiple pin placements, all upgraded equipment. Public input October 2025, Design fall/Winter 2025. Construction Winter/Spring 2026.
Bardstown Kentucky (My Old Kentucky Home State Park) – Design # 111: Recreational level 18-hole course in mature hardwoods for the community and visitors to the City and State Park. Design in progress, construction late 2025/early 2026.
Mammoth Valley Park – Cave City KY Design # 110: A recreational 9-hole course in the valley below the zip lines and chair lift. Short family-oriented course to go along with the dozen other attractions in this park on the outskirts of Mammoth Cave National Park. Grand Opening event held September 21, 2025
Albany Georgia Marine Logistics Base – Design # 109: New 18-hole design and build (with sub-contractors) course. Includes two pins for each fairway (red-recreational and blue-advanced). Complete and OPEN January 2025. Ribbon Cutting May 2025.
Mid America Park – Midwest City Oklahoma Design # 96 (Intermediate-RED/Advanced-BLUE Course) and #98 (Family Course). Tee Signs up, concrete tees in, baskets all installed. OPEN August 2025, only detailed trimming and mowing remain.
Henry Horton State Park, Chapel Hill Tennessee: Upgrade of signs on Original 18-hole Course, and new signs for the recently added 18-hole River Mill Course. Design of signs complete, artwork in process, installation late Fall 2025.
