Maimi Whitewater Forest – The Great Parks of Hamilton County, Cincinatti Ohio
Work in progress – replacing the current 9-hole layout with 18 holes and much more land added to footprint.
Park users and Cincinatti area disc golfers surveyed to determine size, type, elements, etc. of the course.
The final result is an 18-hole layout with dual baskets. Red pins for beginner/intermate players and blue pins for advanced players. Two-hole warm up area at the start of the course. Innova baskets and concrete tees requested.
Current layout is marked in the park, along with ribbons showing the center of the new wooded fairways.
Course to undergo a Spring environmental review, design revised if needed, then construction late summer 2025.
